A gentle hands on approach to scar tissue healing through reintegration into the fascial web. ScarWork improves structure & function of scar tissue, reduces pain & tension, , release adhesions, improve sensation, mobility & appearance.

Supports recovery from surgeries , injuries , cancer surgery  and radiation therapy. Specialist care for C Section and Pelvic Scars.

By weaving somatic experiencing with hands on scarwork these sessions support trauma resolution through gentle nervous system repair , cultivating deep physiological change within the soil of our tissues and emotional landscape.

By centering the body as a garden we bring a holistic approach by integrating specialist scarwork therapy, massage, herbal medicine & somatic trauma therapy.

Within all treatments we centre consent lead & trauma trained lens to cultivate nervous system safety. Through gentle somatic invitation we build embodied awareness to support the physical and emotional body.
